Membership Information
We offer a membership to suit you:
Active Membership: for any individual functioning in an administrative or supervisory capacity in an animal care / control agency in Ontario which operates or utilizes an animal shelter (Annual fee $50.00)
Associate Membership: for any individual who is employed by an animal care / control agency in Ontario other than as administrator or supervisor, or who is a representative of government, business, an association etc. and who interacts with individuals in the animal care / control field (Annual fee $50.00)
Honourary Membership: for any active member who officially retires from the animal care / control field, or any Active Member or Non Member who is elected as an Honourary Member in accordance with the AASAO Constitution and By-laws
Membership Includes:
- The AASAO JOURNAL, a publication full of information and articles on relevant issues and topics that impact our profession
- Copies of brochures, guidelines and manuals, developed by the AASAO.
- Reduced registration fees at AASAO meetings
- AASAO membership card
All AASAO members and interested parties are invited to attend our annual conference, where you will hear presentations on a variety of interesting and relevant topics.
You can participate in the discussions and workshops and get the chance to exchange information and share experiences with others in your field.
