Please contact Delta Hotel and Conference Centre for hotel room reservations. A Special Conference Rate has been arranged at $125 a night. Please make sure you reference the AASAO when making your reservation. Reservations must be made over the phone by calling 519-780-3700 or 519-780-3701 or online at www.marriott.comLimited Rooms are available, and rooms must be reserved by September 18, 2018.


Refund Policy:
A request for refund for conference registration fee must be received by the Executive Secretary at least five (5) business days prior to the conference. The refund will reflect a $40 cancellation fee which be deducted from the registration fee refund.
